Products Principle
compressed air is accelerated into supersonic air flow through Laval nozzle, and then it is injected into the crushing area to fluidize the material (the air flow expands to be fluidized bed and floats and boils and collides with each other), so each particle has the same movement state. In the comminution area, the accelerated particles collide with each other at the intersection of nozzles. The crushed materials are transported to the classification area by updraft, and the fine powder meeting the particle size requirements is screened out by the horizontally arranged classification wheel, and the coarse powder failing to meet the particle size requirements is returned to the grinding area for further grinding. Qualified fine powder is collected in the high-efficiency cyclone separator along with the air flow, and the dust containing gas is filtered and purified by the dust collector and then discharged into the atmosphere.
